The TV show Simpsons did a rendition of a typical Bollywood song sequence in one of their episodes, the title of the episode was “Kiss, Kiss Bang Bangalore” and it originally aired on Sunday April 9, 2006. The song that everyone dances to at the end of the episode is from “Johnny Mera Naam” (1970) starring Dev Anand, Hema Malini, and Pran. The song is called “Pal Bhar Ke Liye”, and is sung by the legendary Kishor Kumar and Usha Khanna.
