PartyGaming will sell shares to raise close to USD $2 billion. Anurag Dikshit, group operations director, is the biggest shareholder with a stake worth $3.6 billion at the mid-point of the indicated range. Vikrant Bhargava, its marketing director, has a stake worth $1.2 billion.
